Job Description

You will be working as a Salesman at Paper Slate, a leading manufacturer of high-quality paper products in Ahmedabad. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and nurturing customer relationships, spotting market opportunities, delivering sales presentations and product demos, negotiating contracts, and finalizing sales deals. It will also be your duty to collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies, and provide regular reports on your sales activities and results. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively. Your ability to negotiate and close sales, along with prior experience in delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations, will be crucial. Additionally, you must have a knack for market research to identify potential opportunities and be adept at using CRM software and other sales tools. Being able to work both independently and as part of a team is essential, and a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets will be highly valued. While not mandatory, previous experience in the paper industry would be advantageous.,
