Job Title: Administration & Warehouse Assistant Location: Roshan Enterprises, King colony, Shastripuram, Hyderabad, Telangana Reports to: Administration Manager Job Summary: Roshan Enterprises is looking for a Male/Female Administration & Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations in both office and warehouse. The role involves managing inventory, tracking stock movements, coordinating dispatches, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the business. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse & Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock records for school supplies and toys. Monitor daily inward and outward movement of goods. Prepare and update inventory/stock reports regularly. Assist in stock audits and physical verification. Coordinate with suppliers and transporters for deliveries and dispatches. Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and safe storage of items in the warehouse. Track fast-moving and slow-moving items and report to management. Administrative Support Maintain purchase and sales records in system and files. Prepare invoices, bills, and assist in payment follow-ups. Handle calls, emails, and office correspondence. Support the Administration Manager in documentation and reporting. Assist in scheduling meetings, transport arrangements, and vendor coordination. Requirements: Open to both male and female candidates . Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (10+2). Experience in warehouse or inventory management is desirable. Basic knowledge of MS Excel or computer usage preferred. Good communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Physically fit to occasionally assist with warehouse handling. Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
