Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver customized training sessions on Terafina and Salesforce functionalities for diverse audiences, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Create and maintain engaging training materials such as manuals, user guides, e-learning modules, and video tutorials tailored to Terafina's features. Assess training needs by collaborating with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and tailor programs accordingly. Conduct live workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to facilitate effective learning experiences. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce and Terafina updates, integrating new features into training programs. Provide ongoing support and refresher training to ensure sustained proficiency among users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals and processes. Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Pan India
