The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of experience, with at least 8 years in ServiceNow, and strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Key responsibilities include platform configuration, data migration (from platforms like Salesforce), integration with systems such as Workday and Oracle, maintaining security controls, managing product roadmaps, and mentoring junior team members ServiceNow HRSD certification and experience in ITIL processes, HR table structures, and application scoping are highly preferred
