Description
As a Salesforce Trainer & Learning Department Lead at Zordial Technologies, a Salesforce Crest (Gold) Consulting Partner and Salesforce Development Company based in Jaipur, you will be responsible for spearheading internal Salesforce training initiatives and leading the Learning & Development (L&D) department. Your role will involve designing and delivering customized Salesforce training programs for employees at all levels, including end-users, administrators, and developers. Additionally, you will conduct hands-on workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance Salesforce adoption within the organization. Your responsibilities will include creating comprehensive training materials such as video tutorials, documentation, and best-practice guides. You will stay updated with Salesforce innovations and ensure that employees leverage the latest features effectively. Moreover, you will act as the primary internal Salesforce knowledge resource, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues as they arise. In terms of Learning & Development Leadership, you will develop and implement a company-wide learning and upskilling strategy aligned with business objectives. You will identify skill gaps across teams and create targeted training programs to bridge them. Furthermore, you will collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business goals and promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization. As a Salesforce Trainer & Learning Department Lead, you will define key learning metrics and assess the effectiveness of training programs through employee feedback and performance analysis. You will utilize Salesforce reports and dashboards to track user engagement and system adoption, making data-driven recommendations to optimize training initiatives and learning pathways. The ideal candidate for this role should have expertise in Salesforce, including strong proficiency in Salesforce multiple clouds, hands-on experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, automation tools, and data management, as well as knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and AppExchange solutions. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are preferred. Additionally, you should possess training and communication skills, proven experience in corporate training, coaching, or instructional design, the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users, strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, and experience creating high-quality training content such as videos, guides, and presentations. Leadership and strategic thinking skills are essential for this role, including experience leading a training or learning & development function, the ability to develop and execute a learning roadmap that aligns with business goals, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for employee growth and development.
