Salesforce Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Architect scalable and secure Salesforce implementations, including integrations with enterprise systems.
• Oversee development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Manage data migration and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Guide and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git, Bitbucket, and Salesforce DX.
• Oversee release management and environment strategy.
• Maintain technical documentation, including design specs and deployment guides.
• Ensure compliance with security and performance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years in Salesforce, with at least 34 years in a technical leadership role
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with HTML5, JSON, and web technologies for UI enhancements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
• Salesforce Application/System Architect
• Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Consultant

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Salesforce DX and advanced DevOps frameworks.
• Exposure to Consumer Goods Cloud or industry-specific Salesforce solutions.
