Job Description

Position Overview

Salesforce Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives.
Architect and design scalable solutions across
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products
.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for Salesforce developers and admins.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Implement and enforce best practices for coding standards, security, performance, and integrations.
Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using
APIs, REST/SOAP, and middleware tools
.
Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize system performance, and ensure overall platform stability.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, leveraging them to improve solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of overall IT experience
with at least
5+ years in Salesforce development and architecture
.
Proven expertise in
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
.
Strong knowledge of
Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration patterns
.
Hands-on experience with
Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines)
.
Familiarity with
Salesforce security model, governor limits, and performance optimization
.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Salesforce
Technical Architect, Application Architect, or relevant certifications
preferred.
Experience leading teams and managing project delivery in agile or hybrid environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to
marketing automation, CPQ, or industry-specific Salesforce solutions
.
Experience with
enterprise-level integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.)
.
Prior experience in client-facing or consulting roles.
