Description
Key duties and responsibilities include- Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform. Meet with clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Participate in the development of best practices, strategies, and policies around data governance, including master data management, metadata management, data quality and data profiling. Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and how-to assistance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of a broad range of emerging technology trends and identifies opportunities where technology might be deployed to deliver business improvements and competitive advantage. Participate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, estimating and project planning). Work closely with key stakeholders/project team to recommend and agree technical solutions to meet business requirements, solution design, effort estimation and work breakdown for assigned tasks to support Agile practices. Skills and experience required- 5+ years of implementation experience on Salesforce and Force.com platform with at least 2 complete lifecycle implementations. At least 2 years of experience of solutioning and designing applications on Salesforce and Force.com platform. Excellent Salesforce programming skills (Apex and Visualforce/lightning). Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform and suite of Salesforce products. Ability to design and provide solutions using Salesforce.com out of box features and custom development tools. Excellent project management skills. Extensive experience in all phases of SFDC process which involves requirement gathering, requirement analysis, design, development, implementation Integration & enhancement in Salesforce projects. Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, best practices, and deployment methodologies. Proven experience in solution design, effort estimation and work breakdown for assigned tasks to support Agile practices. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. A good work ethic, passion for product quality and attention to detail. Qualifications- Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience. Salesforce Certifications- Administrator and Platform Developer II is mandatory. One or more current Salesforce certifications (Any Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator) preferred.
