Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead Experience: 7-10 Years (Minimum 2 years in a Lead role) Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Job Description: We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead with 7-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, including at least 2 years in a leadership or lead developer role. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and support scalable Salesforce applications and integrations for Sales and Service Cloud. Lead a team of developers and ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and best practices. Work on complex customizations using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce (VF), and Lightning . Perform code reviews, guide team members, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Document technical solutions and maintain project documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning . Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud . Experience in leading development teams, mentoring junior developers, and managing project deliveries. Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications effectively. Familiarity with best practices around Salesforce architecture and development.
