Senior Java Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Java Microservices Developer with expertise in building and deploying microservices using Java 21 and Spring Boot (3.4+). The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Spring Cloud modules, cloud platforms (OpenShift/AWS), CI/CD tools, container monitoring, and database systems. You will work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java17, 18 and Java 21 and Spring Boot 3.4 . Work with Spring Cloud , including Spring Config, Spring AOP, Spring Data, and Job modules. Build and manage services using Maven for build automation. Integrate and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins , including triggering and monitoring jobs. Monitor and manage Docker containers in production environments. Deploy services on cloud platforms such as OpenShift and any cloud. Perform code scanning and quality checks using tools like SonarQube . Work with PostgreSQL or SQL databases for data management. Collaborate closely with central and cross-functional teams. Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow Agile methodologies. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Java 18/Java 21 . Proficient in Spring Boot 3.4 and Spring Cloud modules. Familiarity with Spring Config , Spring AOP , Spring Data , and job processing modules. Experience with Maven for building and dependency management. Proficiency in using Jenkins for CI/CD. Working knowledge of Docker and Linux OS . Experience with deployment in OpenShift or any cloud environment (any cloud preferred) . Knowledge of SonarQube and other code quality tools. Strong experience with PostgreSQL or similar SQL databases. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other teams. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
