Role & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Revenue Cloud solutions to streamline sales processes, automate workflows, and enhance pricing, quoting, and billing capabilities. Build and enhance Apex classes , Visualforce pages , and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to create customized solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Collaborate with business teams, stakeholders, and project managers to identify CPQ and Revenue Cloud requirements, translating them into technical solutions. Develop, test, and deploy custom integrations between Salesforce and other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and improved user experience. Utilize DocuSign and other integrated tools to automate document generation, signature collection, and approval workflows, ensuring compliance and streamlining the sales cycle. Ensure the stability and scalability of CPQ solutions, focusing on efficiency and high-performance code. Conduct thorough unit testing and code reviews to maintain quality standards, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and defects. Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX/UI designers, and analysts, to ensure end-to-end delivery of CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, best practices , and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud systems, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction. Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes , contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative development cycles. Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience , with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud implementation and customization. Deep proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Visualforce pages . Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ , including configuring products, pricing, quote templates, approvals, and pricing rules. Hands-on experience with Revenue Cloud , including subscription management, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition. Expertise in integrating Salesforce with DocuSign for document management, signature workflows, and contract automation. Proven ability to design and develop custom solutions using Salesforce tools and best practices. Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and experience in building integrations with external systems. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability. Experience working in an Agile environment , with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, iterative development cycle. Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant, or related certifications are a plus.
