Skill set : Salesforce, Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Lightening, Flows Nice to have :CPQ, Mulesoft, Netsuite, Jira integration Responsibilities: Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Apex, and other Salesforce features. Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and security settings. Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware solutions (e.g., Jitterbit, MuleSoft), and other integration methods. ***Flow Automation:**Design and build complex business processes using Salesforce Flows (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows). ***Experience Cloud Development:**Build and maintain Experience Cloud sites, customizing templates, components, and branding to deliver engaging user experiences. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers. ***Best Practices:**Promote and enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance policies. ***Testing & Debugging:**Develop and execute test plans, identify and resolve defects, and ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions. ***Documentation:**Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation. ***Salesforce Certifications:**Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred. Technical Skills: *Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. *Extensive experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud. *Deep understanding of Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Aura Components. *Proficient in building complex business processes using Salesforce Flows. *Solid understanding of Apex and Visualforce. *Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP). *Knowledge of data modeling and data management principles. *Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Jitterbit, MuleSoft). *Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
