Job Description

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, process builders, and other Salesforce components.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the functionality of Salesforce applications.
Demonstrate strong experience with Salesforce technologies, particularly Apex and LWC.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
Set up and manage CI/CD environments to support efficient development, testing, and deployment workflows.
Collaborate effectively with team members and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Communicate clearly and professionally within the team and across departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices, and recommend enhancements to existing processes.
