The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development, with a focus on automation testing using Selenium and Java. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the overall success of our software development initiatives. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and ensure quality in software development. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment. Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for automation and software development. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to automation and software development. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in Selenium with Java for automation testing. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. Proficiency in Java programming language. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Salesforce platform development. Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience with performance testing tools. Understanding of database management and SQL. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10 15 years of experience in software development and automation testing. Relevant certifications in automation testing or software development are a plus.
