The Solution Engineering team shapes Salesforce solutions that provide transformational experiences for Non-profit and Higher Education organizations. Engaging deeply in discovery, crafting solution architectures, and building tailored demos that help clients visualize their future on the Salesforce platform is at the core of what we do. With increasing demand for cross-cloud solutions, we are expanding our team by adding a dedicated Salesforce SE Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our Solution Engineers by creating, maintaining, and innovating demo environments and assets using declarative Salesforce tools. Your contributions will be instrumental in improving speed-to-demo, scaling our IP, and ensuring we meet client expectations with compelling demonstrations. This presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled Salesforce practitioner who enjoys building, problem-solving, and collaborating with a passionate, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: - Build, manage, and maintain Salesforce demo orgs across Non-profit Cloud, Education Cloud, and additional Salesforce products. - Ensure demo environments are up-to-date with Salesforce seasonal releases and evolving platform capabilities. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain a seamless and functional demo experience. - Configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools like Custom Objects, Fields, Flows, OmniStudio, and App Builder. - Create reusable components and templates to facilitate rapid demo development. - Install and configure AppExchange and other Salesforce add-ons as needed. - Prepare and manage realistic and scenario-based datasets aligned with non-profit and education use cases. - Maintain data integrity and consistency across environments for effective demonstrations. - Explore new Salesforce features, emerging products, and AI-driven capabilities. - Collaborate with Solution Engineers to develop proof-of-concept demos and prototypes. - Document demo org configurations, component usage, data models, and standard operating procedures. - Help establish and refine best practices and processes for demo asset management. - Engage closely with Solution Engineers to deliver high-quality demo assets on time. - Actively contribute to planning sessions to enhance solution storytelling. - Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster innovation and collaboration across the team. Requirements: - 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in consulting, implementation, or internal technical support. - Strong expertise in Salesforce declarative configuration, including Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, Lightning App Builder, Page Layouts, and Custom Metadata. - Sound understanding of Salesforce data models, particularly within Non-profit and Education Cloud contexts. - Proficiency with Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and basic data transformation techniques. - Exposure to additional Salesforce products like Tableau, Data Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or MuleSoft is preferred. - Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, including product releases and roadmap. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a collaborative, remote environment. - Awareness of non-profit and higher education organizational structures and use cases is a plus. Preferred Skills: - Experience with emerging Salesforce capabilities like AI/Einstein, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Growth. - Ability to deliver scalable and reusable components to meet evolving business and demo needs. - Proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and problem-solving. - Strong time management, task prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration. - Passion for innovation, storytelling through technology, and continuous improvement.
