About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in AgentForce (Einstein for Service / AI Agents) to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain intelligent, scalable Salesforce solutions that leverage AgentForce for conversational AI, workflow automation, and student/customer support. You will work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and solution architects to create AI-driven user experiences across web and community portals. Support end-user training, troubleshooting, and enhancements related to Salesforce and AgentForce solutions. Required Qualifications 35+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs). Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud . Hands-on experience with AgentForce (Einstein 1 Platform / AI Agents) – designing, configuring, and deploying conversational agents. Experience integrating Salesforce with external data sources (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, etc.). Proficiency in Salesforce security model, roles, profiles, and permission sets .
