Job Description

Syconai is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with approximately 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a deep understanding of various Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, high-performance solutions that meet business objectives and ensure optimal user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead solution architecture design and implementation of Salesforce projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define architectural solutions. Develop end-to-end solutions that optimize the customer journey. Conduct reviews of solution designs, ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, and drive improvements. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce\u2019s evolving products, capabilities, and best practices. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and developers. Requirements Experience: ~10 years in Salesforce solution architecture, with a strong focus on multi-cloud and complex environments. Certifications: Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, and relevant Salesforce Consultant certifications. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Preferred: Experience in industries such as manufacturing, communications, or media is a plus.
