Job Description

As a Senior Salesforce Developer at NTT DATA in Pune, Maharashtra, India, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC) applications that integrate with Salesforce back-end logic and third-party systems. You will create dynamic user interfaces using LWC, Apex, and other Salesforce technologies, optimizing components for performance and developing solutions leveraging Salesforce APIs, Apex, and Integration Patterns. Your role is critical in building sophisticated, scalable, and performance-optimized Salesforce applications. You will also be required to have a foundational understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud concepts, supporting the configuration of data models, integration with Salesforce apps, and effective data management and activation. Collaboration with the data team to ensure effective data management and activation across Salesforce ecosystems is essential. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with expertise in LWC, Apex, and Aura components. Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS for front-end development is necessary, along with hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are key requirements. Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, and Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant. Soft skills such as mentoring junior developers, technical leadership, and experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies are highly valued.
