Job Summary

Salesforce Security & Developer professional

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using

  Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and APIs

  .
• Implement and maintain

  Salesforce security architecture

  including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
• Perform regular

  security audits

  , vulnerability assessments, and system health checks.
• Manage

  data security, encryption, backup & recovery

  , and secure integrations with internal/external systems.
• Configure and enforce

  Identity & Access Management (IAM)

  including SSO, MFA, OAuth, and Connected Apps.
• Implement

  Salesforce Shield

  features such as Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, and Field Audit Trail.
• Review code for

  secure development best practices

  and compliance with internal policies.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform performance & security.
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation, security procedures, and release notes.
  
• Support governance and compliance initiatives such as

  SOX, GDPR, ISO standards

  , etc. (based on organization needs).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 46 years hands-on work experience in

  Salesforce Development & Security

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP integrations

  .
• Deep understanding of

  Salesforce roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing & visibility model

  .
• Experience with

  Salesforce Shield / Event Monitoring / Platform Encryption

  .
• Knowledge of

  Identity Management & Authentication

  (SSO, SAML, OIDC, OAuth, MFA).
• Experience with

  Security audits, vulnerability scanning, and secure coding practices

  .
• Familiarity with

  DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket)

  .
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle production issues.
  
• Excellent communication & documentation skills.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I / II

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
