Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsibilities Monitor Engagement Risk team mailbox Daily triage of requests First line support for Acceptance related queries from the xLoS practice staff (incl. troubleshooting issues, consultations and solutioning with practice teams, defect reporting, etc.) Engagement Risk System Admin Participate in quarterly UAT (incl. understanding new functionality, completing system test cases, preparing defects, ad hoc testing, etc.) Support Engagement Acceptance questionnaires (EA QNR) build (incl. structure (sections, questions/answers), interpreting and appropriately applying visibility rules (VRs) and rule conditions (RC)s, testing, etc.) Process new access requests for various Salesforce assessment groups Develop guidance and training materials as needed Salesforce Acceptance Reporting Export various reports from Salesforce in regular cadences (e.g. weekly, monthly) and prepare for analysis by the manager (incl. running Alteryx workflows) Create and modify risk related Salesforce reports and dashboards as needed Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce risk module (incl. understanding various objects and assessments, reading and interpreting Risk Audit Logs (RAL)) Strong attention to detail Keen organization Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adjust to changing circumstances Proficient in data interpretation and analysis Shift:2pm-11pm
