Salesforce Quality Analyst - Automation Testing

Location : Remote - Delhi NCR,Bangalore/Bengaluru,Hyderabad/Secunderabad,Chennai,Pune,Kolkata,Ahmedabad,Mumbai
Job Summary :Responsibilities :- Test, troubleshoot and analyze software functionality, and user interfaces- Perform Manual, Functional, System Integration, Regression and UI (User Interface) testing- Liaise and work closely with Software Developers, Product Owners and business stakeholders where defined- Participate in feature development and drive quality into development process- Plan, design, and execute tests the Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing and Community cloud) modules like - Account, Leads and conversion, Opportunity, Contact, Data loader, Reports & Dashboard, SF Integrations etc., landscape to include all potential use cases for successful negative testing.- Ensure test cases align with requirements and adhere to a clear set of quality standards and guidelines- Develop a strong and productive relationship with internal customers (business users)- For each component of the solution, all individual user stories and its various scenarios are successfully tested.- Usability testing of the front end customer facing systems - web mobile app is completed and approvals are secured.- Regression testing of the solution as it iterates through changesMust-Haves :- Bachelor's degree in related field; or equivalent work experience- Minimum of 6 to 10 years of progressive experience in software development or QA.- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of automate testing using Katalon- Candidate should have hands on experience testing salesforce applications- Candidate should have hands on testing Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing and Community cloud) modules like - Account, Leads and conversion, Opportunity, Contact, Data loader, Reports & Dashboard, SF Integrations etc., landscape to include all potential use cases for successful negative testing etc.- Prior experience testing previous versions of SAP application is useful- Candidate should have good Functional knowledge/experience of SAP, Salesforce applications- Should have experience with bug and feature tracking systems such as JIRA, QC, etc.- Should have experience with Agile and SCRUM preferred.- Proven track record in assisting with bringing a new product to market and/or major versions of existing products.- Solid test management background within a fast-paced business with experience using multiple testing technologies.- Responsible for Designing the Automation Framework.- Responsible for creating , enhancing , debugging and running test cases that cover various scenarios and test conditions.- Managing changes and executing Regression Tests.- Experience in automating scripts using Katalon tool with Groovy, Selenium with Java.- Experience in mobile and Web applications testing.- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.- Ability to successfully work across different functions and locations
