Summary:

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Functional, Integration and Regression testing based on application requirements.
  
• Ability to estimate effort for assigned tasks.
  
• Interpret business rules and document test cases.
  
• Working with Developers, Scrum Master, Product Owner and Business Analysts.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of Salesforce manual testing experience
  
• Good experience in testing techniques in Salesforce
  
• Experience in test management tools
  
• Experience in helping business users to complete User Acceptance Testing.
  
• Should understand CRM processes
  
• Must be able to handle the independent execution with minimal guidance.
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Ability to work Independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any Computers.
  
• Salesforce Certification - Salesforce Administrator
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum.
