Salesforce Project Manager

You should have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com applications, with expertise in Lightning, Apex, and other key Salesforce technologies. As a Salesforce Project Manager, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications using Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex. You will be required to configure Salesforce features, objects, fields, workflows, and process builders to streamline business processes and enhance user experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing integrations with third-party applications using Salesforce web services, APIs, and WSDL, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring seamless data flow. Developing and maintaining complex reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and analytics for stakeholders will also be a key part of your role. You should have a strong background in Salesforce configuration, customization, and programming with APEX Class / Triggers / APIs, Visualforce, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com applications from scratch. Experience with Salesforce.com web services, WSDL, and other integration aspects are desirable, along with proficiency in Reports and Dashboards. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is crucial. You will also provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications, analyze system performance, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. Continuous learning and improvement are essential, as you will need to stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to leverage new functionalities. Participation in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge is encouraged.
