About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager – Salesforce to lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery. The role requires a strong background in managing CRM implementation, enhancement, and integration projects while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, technical teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation in alignment with business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Business Analysts to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status meetings (Agile/Scrum methodology).
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and change logs.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure proper communication and stakeholder management across all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure successful UAT and smooth production deployment.
• Track and report KPIs, project health metrics, and progress to leadership.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–12 years of total experience with at least 3+ years in Salesforce project management.
• Proven track record of delivering Salesforce implementation, enhancement, or migration projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, etc.).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• PMP, CSM, or Salesforce certifications (like Salesforce Certified Administrator or PMP) preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.) or DevOps tools (Jira, Confluence, Git, etc.).
• Experience working with onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Ability to handle change management and release management processes effectively.
