Salesforce Platform Administrator

Manage user access, profiles, roles, permissions, and data visibility.

Oversee Salesforce configurations including page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and custom objects.

Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems through APIs or middleware.

Manage and monitor Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud functionalities.

Handle data migration activities using tools like Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver platform enhancements and new features.

• Maintain clear documentation and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is required; Advanced Administrator certification is a plus.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and administration best practices.

Experience with Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

Proficiency with Salesforce data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).

Understanding of integration tools (APIs, middleware).

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Knowledge of Apex and Lightning is a plus.
