Salesforce Platform Administrator

You will be responsible for administering and maintaining Salesforce environments to ensure platform stability, security, and performance. This includes managing user access, profiles, roles, permissions, and data visibility. You will oversee Salesforce configurations such as page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and custom objects. Additionally, you will be supporting integrations between Salesforce and external systems through APIs or middleware and monitoring Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud functionalities. Data migration activities using tools like Data Loader and Data Import Wizard will also be part of your responsibilities. In case of technical issues, you will troubleshoot and provide effective solutions. Collaboration with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver platform enhancements and new features is essential, along with maintaining clear documentation and effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
