Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead

You are a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead with 7-9 years of direct experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your main responsibility will be to provide implementation services within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. You will need to demonstrate a solid technical understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud standard methodologies and functionality, including Email studio, Mobile Studio, Automation studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Ad Studio, and Audience Builder. You will lead client workshops to facilitate best practice solutions and designs for marketing automation email/mobile journeys using various tools and advise on optimization. Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, XML, and other web development languages like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is essential. Experience in web development design languages, scripting tools, and protocols such as HTTP, CSS, XSLT, AJAX, and JQuery is required. You will be responsible for coaching and guiding team members in the execution of complex Journey set up and development, SMS campaigns, mobile app notifications, data model development, and SFMC APIs. You should be comfortable working independently with little or no supervision while maintaining a high level of efficiency within a distributed remote and global organization. Key Requirements: - Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across technology teams and collaborate effectively with senior executives - Experience with Agile delivery methods - Omnichannel marketing integrations such as Social, SMS messages, and Chat - Expertise in real-time marketing, Streaming APIs, REST, SOAP, and BULK - Proficiency in Automation Studio, Ampscript, Database integration, Database management, custom dev journey components - Demonstrable aptitude in SQL or AMPScript - Demonstrable aptitude in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Expertise in Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio - Expertise in Salesforce CRM reporting & analytics - Experience with mobile app SDKs and API integrations - Familiarity with HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript - Familiarity with security standards such as TLS, SSL, data encryption - Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations - Experience with at least one Customer Data Platform (Salesforce CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, Segment, etc.) - Bachelor's degree in information technology management or related discipline - Must be a Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Developer, and System Administrator.,
