Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Role Overview: As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet business requirements. Your proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) will play a crucial role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing SFMC solutions to achieve marketing goals. Working closely with marketing, IT, and operations teams, you will enhance marketing automation capabilities and drive personalized customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage Marketing Cloud data extensions, queries, and automations. - Develop and execute email marketing campaigns. - Implement and manage Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and other Marketing Cloud features. - Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and third-party systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Marketing Cloud configurations and integrations. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. - Stay updated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices, trends, and technologies. Qualifications Required: - Hold an engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Have at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation. - Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications such as Email Specialist, Developer, or Consultant are preferred. - Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with Salesforce CRM integration and other Salesforce products like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and CAN-SPAM regulations. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
