Salesforce Lead

Job Summary:

• Lead the

  design and implementation

   of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable

  technical architectures

  .
• Develop and review

  Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce pages

  .
• Design and integrate

  APIs, external systems, and middleware platforms

   (REST/SOAP integrations).
• Collaborate with

  functional consultants, business analysts, and QA teams

   to ensure quality delivery.
• Perform

  code reviews, performance tuning

  , and best practice enforcement.
• Manage

  data migration

  , configuration, and deployment activities across environments.
• Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Stay updated with

  Salesforce releases

  , emerging technologies, and new platform capabilities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience

  , with at least

  5+ years in Salesforce development

  .
• Strong experience in

  Apex, LWC, Aura Components, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, and Batch Classes

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Salesforce Integration

   (REST, SOAP, API Gateway, Middleware).
• Good understanding of

  Salesforce data model, security model (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules)

  .
• Experience with

  CI/CD tools

   (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
• Strong knowledge of

  Salesforce best practices

  ,

  governor limits

  , and

  deployment strategies

  .
• Salesforce

  Platform Developer II

   and/or

  Application Architect

   certification preferred.
• Proven ability to

  lead teams

  , provide technical mentorship, and manage code quality.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience in

  Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning, or Marketing Cloud

  .
• Familiarity with

  DevOps practices

• Knowledge of

  JavaScript frameworks
