Job Title: Salesforce/Informatica BI Analyst Location: Remote (India) Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce/Informatica BI Analyst to support critical integrations and data flows within our pharmaceutical business line. This role requires a solid understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud , Informatica , and cloud-based platforms such as AWS , Google Cloud (OPH) , and Airflow . You’ll be responsible for managing data pipelines, troubleshooting environments via SSH, and ensuring seamless data migration across systems to support analytics and operations. Key Responsibilities: Work with Salesforce Health Cloud and Informatica to manage data integration workflows. Enable and monitor data flows to/from Informatica using secure environments, including SSH access and virtual machines . Troubleshoot and resolve data or infrastructure issues across cloud and on-premise systems. Support migration of data outputs into Airflow pipelines and into the AWS ecosystem . Collaborate on integrations with Google Cloud (OPH) and manage OAPI/Pharma-related data workflows . Work closely with engineering and analytics teams to support business intelligence needs. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Informatica . Experience managing data pipelines, ETL processes, and real-time data transfers. Strong hands-on experience with SSH , VMs , and Linux-based troubleshooting . Familiarity with Airflow , AWS (S3, EC2, RDS, etc.) , and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . Understanding of pharma/OAPI industry data structures is a strong plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Nice to Have: Prior experience in the life sciences/pharma industry. Exposure to HIPAA-compliant environments and data privacy best practices.
