Job Description

Manage and execute deployments across
Production, QA, and UAT
environments.
Enhance and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
to improve automation, speed, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver smooth, predictable release cycles.
Implement DevOps best practices for branching strategies, version control, and automated testing.
Support continuous integration workflows using tools like
Git, GitHub Actions, Ant, Salesforce CLI, VS Code, and Gearset
.
Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure stable, error-free releases.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
Work within an
Agile
development environment and support global teams across flexible time zones.

Qualifications & Skills

5-9 years of experience
in a DevOps engineering role (Salesforce DevOps preferred).
Strong proficiency in
Git
,
GitHub Actions
,
Ant
,
Salesforce CLI
,
VS Code
, and
Gearset
.
Solid understanding of
CI/CD
, automated deployments, branching strategies, release management, and system reliability.
Hands-on experience supporting automated deployments for enterprise platforms such as
Salesforce
.
Skilled in
YAML
,
PowerShell
, and
Python
scripting.
Experience with Salesforce technologies;
Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certification
is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and work across dynamic schedules and time zones.
