Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Salesforce+2Salesforce Ben+2
Configure Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud/Communities, as applicable).
Develop custom applications/components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual Force, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. Salesforce+1
Implement declarative automation: Flow Builder, Process Builder, Workflows, Approval Processes. gfl.co.in+1
Integrate Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft, ETL tools). Salesforce+1
Establish and enforce best practices: security model/sharing rules, data architecture, governor limits, code reviews, performance tuning. gfl.co.in+1
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement. Salesforce+1
Support deployment process (sandbox management, change sets, CI/CD, version control) and post-production support. Salesforce+1
Document technical designs, unit tests, release notes, and maintain knowledge base.
Mentor and guide junior developers (for senior levels).
