Role Summary

Salesforce Senior Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using
LWC, Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce
.
Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
Build
reusable, modular, and well-documented
Salesforce components.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using
REST/SOAP APIs
or middleware platforms.
Perform
code reviews
, unit testing, and system testing to maintain quality standards.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Ensure
data security, integrity, and compliance
with Salesforce best practices.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–8 years
of proven experience in Salesforce development.
Strong expertise in
Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL/SOSL
, and Salesforce APIs.
In-depth understanding of
Salesforce data model, security, and governor limits
.
Hands-on experience with
Salesforce automation tools
such as Flows and Process Builder.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
