Salesforce Developer (Junior / Associate)

Role Overview: You will be a Junior Salesforce Developer with strong development and administration skills. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting, debugging, resolving production issues, and supporting enhancements and feature development on the Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production queries efficiently. - Develop enhancements, implement new features, and perform bug fixes. - Perform production data updates and maintenance tasks. - Configure and generate reports in the Salesforce production environment. - Collaborate effectively with clients, users, and internal teams. - Work independently during US daytime hours (starting at ~5:30 / 6 PM IST). Qualification Required: - 13 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. - Knowledge of Salesforce features, workflows, and reporting. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively. Additional Details: This is a full-time job with a preference for candidates who have at least 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
