Job Description

Introduction to Role 1. Utilizing Salesforce APIs (such as REST, SOAP, or Bulk APIs) to connect with external systems and exchange data securely and efficiently. 2. Defining mappings between data structures in Salesforce and external systems and implementing transformations to ensure data consistency and integrity during integration. 3. Configuring middleware platforms to orchestrate the flow of data between Salesforce and other systems, including error handling and retries. 4. Develop and maintain Salesforce applications with a focus on advanced Apex programming. 5. Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and integrations using Salesforce APIs and third-party tools. 6. Design and implement complex workflows, process builder flows, and validation rules. 7. Build Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components to enhance user experience. 8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations, custom development, and integrations. 9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements. 10. Create and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce development and integrations. 11. Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed for Salesforce development. 12. Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization. 13. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and industry best practices. Skills/Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with advanced Apex programming and integration skills. 3. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative functionalities. 4. Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration techniques, REST, SOAP, and other APIs. 5. Experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform. 6. Hands on experience with Lightning Experience, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components. 7. Salesforce certifications, Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II, are highly desirable. 8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 9. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
