Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop end-to-end marketing automation solutions using
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
and
Pardot
Create and optimize
email templates
,
journeys
, and
triggered campaigns
using
Journey Builder
,
Automation Studio
, and
AMPscript
Implement
lead scoring
,
grading
, and segmentation strategies in
Pardot
Integrate Pardot and SFMC with other Salesforce clouds and third-party tools as needed
Write complex
SQL queries
for data segmentation, campaign targeting, and reporting
Maintain and improve automated workflows for
lead nurturing
,
onboarding
, and
customer engagement
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and data teams to deliver personalized, data-driven campaigns
Ensure platform best practices, data hygiene, and compliance with CAN-SPAM/GDPR regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
5 years
of experience in
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
and
Pardot
Proficient in
AMPscript
,
SQL
, and
HTML/CSS
for email development
Deep understanding of
Journey Builder
,
Automation Studio
, and email campaign configuration
Hands-on experience with
Pardot Automation Rules
,
Engagement Studio
,
Lead Scoring
, and
Grading
Strong knowledge of
data extensions
,
contact model
, and
data flows
in SFMC
Ability to integrate marketing platforms with Salesforce CRM and external systems
Salesforce certifications in
Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
or
Pardot Specialist/Consultant
is a plus
