Job Description

Responsibilities: • Monitor IT infrastructure and application systems using designated monitoring tools. • Respond to alerts, incidents, and outages in a timely and efficient manner. • Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate issues to relevant teams when necessary. • Create, update, and maintain documentation for monitoring processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Coordinate with support teams and stakeholders to ensure quick resolution of system issues. • Maintain logs, generate reports, and participate in regular health checks and performance reviews. • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements through automation or process enhancements.
