Job Description: Infomatics Corp is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Unix/Linux environments, Shell Scripting, SQL, and AutoSys, with a keen ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1/L2 production support for critical business applications. Monitor application jobs and resolve issues related to AutoSys scheduling. Develop and maintain Shell scripts for automation and operational support. Analyze and resolve Unix/Linux server issues and ensure optimal performance. Perform database queries and troubleshoot SQL-related issues. Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and improvements. Maintain documentation of support procedures and incident reports. Participate in on-call rotation and work during off-hours as required. Required Skills: Proficiency in Shell Scripting for automation and operational tasks. Strong hands-on experience with AutoSys job scheduling tool. Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux system operations and troubleshooting. Experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries for production support. Familiarity with production environments and incident management practices.
