Bachelor's Implemented and maintainedDesigned and developed Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Department: Information Technology Job Type: Full-time Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of customized Salesforce solutions that support our business goals and operations. This role requires deep technical expertise in the Salesforce platform, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to mentor junior developers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and will play a key role in optimizing and expanding our Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development Design and develop custom solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and related technologies. Implement and maintain system integrations using Salesforce APIs and web services. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. System Maintenance & Support Perform regular platform maintenance and ensure optimal system performance, data integrity, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce environment. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices. Documentation & Training Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for new and existing solutions. Provide user training and support on Salesforce features and functionality. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer. Proven experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, development lifecycle, and integration strategies. Experience in data migration, system customization, and third-party app integration. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, App Builder) are highly preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
