About Company

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with deep knowledge of AI-powered Salesforce features. This role will focus on building scalable, AI-enabled applications and integrations that leverage Einstein AI and Agentforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Integrate AI features into custom applications, including Einstein AI, Prediction Builder, Einstein Discovery and Prompt Builder etc.
Collaborate with data teams to prepare, cleanse, and model data for AI predictions.
Create custom AI workflows and embed AI-driven recommendations into business processes.
Work closely with business leaders to design scalable AI solutions.
Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, and compliance requirements.
Research and implement new AI capabilities from Salesforce releases.

Qualifications:

4+ years as a Salesforce Developer.
Proven experience in core Salesforce core functionality, platform features, developing AI-driven Salesforce features.
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Understanding of AI model deployment, data pipelines, and Copilot integration.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external AI/ML services (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
