. Role & responsibilities Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Manage project execution from initiation to completion. Coordinate cross-functional teams and delegate tasks effectively. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Track project progress and report status to stakeholders and senior management. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Ensure quality standards and project documentation are maintained. Facilitate meetings, presentations, and project reviews. Foster strong communication among team members and stakeholders.
