Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Salesforce Developer

with deep expertise in

Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Apex Development

. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business processes and deliver high-quality, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable business solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Build applications using
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
and integrate them with Salesforce data and workflows.
Configure and customize
Sales Cloud
and
Service Cloud
to meet business needs.
Develop and maintain
Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages
for complex business logic.
Conduct regular
code reviews, unit testing
, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
performance, scalability, and data integrity
.
Stay current with Salesforce best practices, platform updates, and new features.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
.
Proven experience with
Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
implementations.
Advanced proficiency in
Apex (classes, triggers)
and Visualforce.
Strong understanding of
Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
.
Experience with
REST/SOAP APIs
and integrating Salesforce with third-party systems.
Salesforce Developer Certification(s)
preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience with
CI/CD tools
and version control (e.g., Git, Copado).
Familiarity with
Agile methodologies / Scrum
practices.
Knowledge of
Einstein Analytics
or other Salesforce add-on tools is a plus.
