Salesforce CRM Developer

You will be joining our technology services client as a Salesforce CRM Developer on a contract basis with a potential for conversion to full-time employment. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Service Cloud, API Apex, and LWC. The position is based in Pune and requires immediate availability within 15 days of notice. As a Salesforce CRM Developer, you will be responsible for various tasks including translating business requirements into Salesforce Cloud solutions, contributing to technical direction, and developing integrated business application solutions. You will work on projects involving the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, code configuration, API integration, APEX development, and more. Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, a Salesforce Developer Certification, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce technology. You should have experience with CRM technology, case management implementation, and delivery. Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate with architects, software consultants, and business analysts to ensure functional specifications are converted into scalable solution designs. In this role, you will leverage DEVOPS, Waterfall, and Agile practices to design, develop, and deliver high-volume, secure, cloud-based solutions. You will also be involved in unit testing, component integration testing, and user acceptance testing for application initiatives.
