Salesforce CRM Developer

Role Overview: As a Salesforce CRM Analytics Sr/Lead Developer with our client, you will play a crucial role in the Platform Analytics team, supporting and enhancing Salesforce implementations for various clients across industries. Your presence on-site in Hyderabad is mandatory for this role, with no option for hybrid or remote work. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the CRM Analytics team to analyze and address business, functional, and technical requirements and issues. - Participate in project team meetings, ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders. - Envision and design solutions, provide meaningful insights, and take a consultative approach with stakeholders using your strong hands-on experience in CRM Analytics. - Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, optimizing the use of the CRM Analytics platform. - Develop data flows, recipes, data sets, lenses, and dashboards to facilitate quick decision-making. - Perform data integration, connecting CRM Analytics to Salesforce and external systems. - Utilize hands-on experience with JSON and Intelligence within Einstein Analytics. - Assess and troubleshoot bugs and data discrepancies within the analytics platform. Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience in CRM Analytics. - Proven expertise in analytical solutions. - Strong communication skills. - Strong experience in SQL/SAQL. - Proficiency in Dataprep/Recipe building. - Knowledge of CRMA Admin and Permissions.
