As a dedicated CRM Administrator at NxtWave, your role will involve managing and optimizing the CRM system to effectively support the sales, marketing, and customer service teams. You will oversee data integrity, user management, system integrations, and drive continuous improvements to enhance CRM performance and user experience. Collaboration with key stakeholders to align the CRM system with business goals is essential to ensure value delivery to the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Customize and configure the CRM system to align with the organization's sales, marketing, and customer service processes. - Set up and manage custom fields, workflows, and automations to optimize user experience and streamline business operations. - Oversee the accuracy, integrity, and security of customer data within the CRM. - Regularly update and maintain customer records to ensure data cleanliness and consistency. - Conduct data deduplication efforts to eliminate duplicate entries and maintain data quality. - Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies. - Implement data protection measures and monitor adherence to security protocols. Qualifications: - Educational Background: Bachelors degree - Experience: Preferably proven experience as a CRM Administrator or in a similar role. - Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
