Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesforce CPQ Support position located in Bengaluru. The Salesforce CPQ Support professional will provide technical and customer support with a focus on Salesforce CPQ. Responsibilities include day-to-day troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, and communication with users to ensure smooth operations. Collaborating with different teams to optimize system performance and deliver timely support in various technical scenarios will also be key tasks.

• Experience in Technical Support and Technical Problem Solving
• Customer Support and Communication skills
• Understanding of Salesforce CPQ
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
