Salesforce CPQ Senior Consultant (C1 Level)

As a Salesforce CPQ Senior Consultant at our company, you will play a crucial role in our growing Salesforce practice. Your responsibilities will include: - Configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ, such as product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, and quote templates. - Developing and maintaining custom functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch/Schedule Apex, CPQ Plugins, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Performing code reviews and optimizing Apex & LWC implementations for performance and maintainability. - Utilizing point-and-click features like Workflows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Data Loader. - Integrating CPQ with Salesforce Clouds and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, Ajax Toolkit, HTML/CSS, jQuery. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues, ensuring smooth CPQ operations, and maintaining platform integrity. - Staying up to date with Salesforce releases and adopting best practices for configuration and customization. Qualifications required for this role include: - 6-7 years of Salesforce experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ. - Strong development experience in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce CPQ Plugins. - Hands-on experience in configuring complex CPQ use cases. - Familiarity with integration technologies (REST/SOAP). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
