The role of Salesforce CPQ - Development involves designing, implementing, and monitoring automated campaigns across email and web platforms. You will be responsible for delivering marketing assets, including email templates, forms, and landing pages. Additionally, you will advise clients on marketing strategy, automation best practices, and provide technical guidance to optimize their Pardot usage. Conducting training sessions and promoting Pardot adoption are also key aspects of the role. Your responsibilities will include leading requirements gathering and solution design, building lead nurturing programs, and supporting clients in their day-to-day marketing automation operations. You should have a proven track record of delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate project outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in delivering Salesforce or marketing automation projects, with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Pardot. Experience in B2B marketing, ideally at an agency level, and proficiency in mapping and implementing end-to-end marketing campaigns are essential. A thorough knowledge of marketing technology and systems, as well as working knowledge of HTML and CSS, will be beneficial for success in this position. This is a Contract to Hire position with a hybrid work mode, and the company is looking for immediate joiners who have 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.
