Job Title: Salesforce CPQ Developer/Support

Work Location: Noida or Gurgaon

Shift Timings: Rotational shift (24*7 for now)

Total Experience: 5-8 years

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ support admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce development and a strong background in configuring and managing Salesforce CPQ functionalities. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of CPQ solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure various CPQ functionalities such as bundle configuration, product rules, option constraints, price rules, discount schedules, and quote management.

• Analyze existing systems to identify gaps and provide solutions to bridge them.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

• Develop complex pricing structures and output documents for renewals and amendments.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Ensure best practices in Salesforce architecture are followed during the implementation process.

Must-have: 3+ years pf practical CPQ exposure is must

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field

• 5–8 years of experience as a Salesforce developer

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices

• Functional knowledge of third-party applications that integrate with CPQ such as DocuSign and S-docs

• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud; familiarity with Service Cloud is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

• Certification as a Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist is highly desirable

• Experience managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders

• Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
