Translate business requirements into
technical architecture and solution designs

Drive
retail execution, trade promotion management, and field sales automation
using Salesforce CG Cloud capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT, Vendors) to ensure smooth integration with ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
Define
data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks
for scalable deployments.
Provide
technical leadership and mentorship
to developers, admins, and junior architects.
Conduct
system performance reviews
and recommend optimization strategies.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases, Consumer Goods Cloud features, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of overall Salesforce experience
with strong expertise in architecture and solution design.
3+ years of hands-on experience
in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (Retail Execution, Trade Promotion, Visit Planning, etc.).
Proven experience in
Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
integrations.
Strong knowledge of
APIs, middleware (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), and integration frameworks
.
Expertise in
data modeling, security, and compliance standards
.
